The eyelash Iris has been hand picked by Safaa. This 3D eyelash is light but fluffy. Great for those who don't like the heavy lash, but still want to SLAY with the fluffy and wispy effect.
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons products can not be returned.
In the event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days, via the contact page on the website, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please note; The lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.
All UK orders will be shipped on a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard Delivery 3-5 Working Days for £4.50.
International orders
We are currently shipping worldwide. They will be send by a tracked standard service and we aim to have your lashes delivered to you within in 7-10 working days for £13.50.
Orders placed outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.
If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.
