Returns/Refunds/Exchanges 

 

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons products cannot be returned.

 

In the event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days, via the contact page on the website, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 

 

Please note; The lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.
